Do I need a consultation before colour?
Please contact us before booking a new colour service or a significant change. We explain the consultation and any required tests, following our product manufacturer instructions and salon policy.
Are your prices fixed?
The menu shows example starting prices. Your chosen service, hair and stylist can affect the final price. We confirm your total and what is included before you go ahead.
Can I choose a stylist?
Yes. Tell us your preference when enquiring, or choose your stylist through our booking service when available.
What if I need to change an appointment?
Contact the salon as soon as you can. The applicable cancellation and deposit terms will be explained before your booking is confirmed.
